Made-to-Order & Custom Products
All quilled cards are made to order and/or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is custom-made for you and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
No Return Policy
Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.
We do not accept returns for minor variations in color, texture, or design that are inherent to handmade products.
We do not accept returns based on subjective preferences.
These characteristics are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for a dispute.
Order Confirmation & Final Sale
An order is considered confirmed and final when:
Payment has been successfully processed, and
The order has entered production.
After this point, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Eligibility for Replacement (Damaged Items Only)
We will only offer a replacement, not a refund, if:
The item arrives physically damaged in transit, and
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and
You provide clear photos of:
The outer packaging
The shipping label
The damaged product
Failure to provide this documentation will result in the claim being denied.
Shipping & Carrier Liability
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for:
Delays in transit
Lost packages marked as delivered
Customs clearance delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Claims for lost or delayed shipments must be filed with the carrier.
Unauthorized Returns
Any return sent without prior written authorization will:
Not be accepted
Not be refunded
Not be returned to the sender at our expense
